I’m just making up words because I’m down right crazy mad with my weight. Grrr! Yes, I’m exercising. Yes, I’m eating three healthy meals a day! No, I have not lost weight. YES, I have gained weight! WTF? I seriously need to rethink my diet or something. I’ve increased my raw fruits and vegetables intake. I’ve eliminated milk from my diet, I’m strictly soy-milk based. And I’ve been slowly creeping away from complex carbohydrates and learning how to consume healthy carbs and protein. *SIGH*

Oh, look what I found. Pretty and antibiotically safe H20 Water containers! YUMMY!

A healthy and sustainable lifestyle should be celebrated. Water was meant to be seen, not hidden inside a metal canteen.

The KOR ONE suffers no compromises – it’s made from health‐safe materials and designed with intuitive, surprising features.

We asked ourselves a simple question. What is the most annoying thing about water bottles? The answer: screw‐top caps. Screw it open, hold the cap, take a drink, screw it closed. Repeat. There has to be a better way, and there is. KOR ONE features a hinged cap and handle that allows for quick, easy access to drinking ‐ with one hand. And the cap won’t hit you in face while you’re drinking. Just think ‐ you’ll never have to look for that ‘water bottle top’ again.

The KOR ONE’s ergonomic opening provides a great drinking experience. Because the cap doesn’t screw on, there are no annoying threads on your mouth. The spout is large enough to let you go with the flow, but small enough to minimize splashes. Ice cubes are welcome as well. Let’s put it this way…not too big, not too small. It’s just right.

Drink a little water, and you’ll be a little healthier. Drink a little water from a reusable container, and the earth will be a little healthier. The KOR ONE hydration vessel will convince you that “green” water tastes better.

Made from Eastman Tritan™, the KOR ONE does not contain the chemical BPA, which is found in polycarbonate bottles. What does that mean? It’s simple. We believe you drink water to be healthy and we want to keep it that way.

Things aren’t always what they seem

Last night was one of the longest night’s I’ve had this year that was no fun at all. A lot of external drama and situations that just did not fit properly together and became difficult to deal with. First, I’m currently homeless because of the house being fumigated and all so we’re staying in a hotel.  A hotel that looks pretty decent from the outside but just out right awful in the inside. So much that we’re staying at different hotel tonight.  Second, and most profound item that happend last night was my sister’s best friend coming to us with information that her mother has been mentally abusing her for four years already, ever since her father passed away and yesterday morning, it turned to physical abuse. The girl is 16 years of age and has no clue what to do. My sister was with her the entire day at school talking to counselors and child protection services all to be of no use later. The mother went to the police because the girl refused to go home. She felt unsafe, depressed and anxious. Suicidal even. However, the police got involved and we had no choice but to take her to her mother. Police know shit! I fear for this girl and the torment she’s been having to indure for the past years. Not kid should go through that. I’m emotionally and physically exhausted. I don’t know what is going to happen next. I hope for the best for that girl.

Work goes on. I arrived at 6:45am this morning and I’m still here. It’s Friday and I’m anxious for a drink already. Time to end this week with some TLC and relaxation.

Running for my life is a good thing

New month, a new goal:

Haven’t been running for the past 3 days and I feel sick. I’ve gotten so used to it already, wow! Lots of items are planned for the weekend and I hope they all pull through. I hate being canceled on at the last minute. Next month is my concert month apparently. I have purchased my tickets for two major events, well one not so much but the other is huge. April 2nd, I am off to see Kaskade, live at RED NIGHT CLUB in Newport Beach. He’s great live! I love his music. Then, April 18th, I am honored to tag along with my great friend Jackie to Indio, California where Coachella will have its three day festival. However, I’ll be only attending for one day. Should be really fun and exciting. Other artist I plan to book tickets for are: Pitbull, No Doubt, The Fray and Snow Patrol. It is my ultimate goal for this year to see them all live!

After 2 months of being without Yuki, my white Jindo canine companion, she is coming home tomorrow. I miss her greatly and I’m super excited. The yard fence took longer than expected and we’ve delayed her return time after time. She’s been staying with the family I adopted her from. Yuki’s mom and dad are still alive so she got to spend some time with her parents and her old family. But it’s time to come home now.

30 Miles this month

I increased my goal distance to 30 miles this month. After jumping from 15 to 20 the last few months. An increase seemed like a good change. I completed a total of 100 miles for the year so far. It was the amount my mom and I made a deal with in order to keep my dog. That’s 100 miles I’ve run with my dog so it shows that I keep her active and care for her. So cheers to Yuki, my dog, for supporting me and running with me and to all you guys who added moral support to my daily jog. Lost 5 extra pounds since last I weighed in. So far, so good!
