And I run… run so far away!

April goal has been met! Wazzzaaa! I win! And I’ve gained muscle! Wooot! Weight… not so much, LOL! So this month I’m dedicated to eating ultra healthy and loose weight! Need to be fit for Japan. I don’t want to be a straggler and fall behind. A lot of walking, out door activites and hiking! BRING IT ON! Plus, summer, in Japan, heard they’re a bitch!

May goal is set! Already on a roll… like to keep it that way. I’m increasing my speed and distance a little bit this time. So far, I’ve been clocking myself at an average of 3.5 miles at 18-20 minutes. I’ve only 21 days left until I’m off to Japan. Don’t know how much excersize I’ll be able to clock in while I’m gone but I’ll LOVE to just jog around some neighborhoods or on the beach but I won’t know until I’m there. Oh i’m so excited!

30 Miles this month

I increased my goal distance to 30 miles this month. After jumping from 15 to 20 the last few months. An increase seemed like a good change. I completed a total of 100 miles for the year so far. It was the amount my mom and I made a deal with in order to keep my dog. That’s 100 miles I’ve run with my dog so it shows that I keep her active and care for her. So cheers to Yuki, my dog, for supporting me and running with me and to all you guys who added moral support to my daily jog. Lost 5 extra pounds since last I weighed in. So far, so good!

I’ve lost 15lbs. so far and I can’t even notice it. I had to weigh myself on a different scale to make sure I wasn’t being teased by my scale but I have gone from 210 to 195!!! Since late August i started dieting and exercising and for a few weeks, I dropped it and didn’t eat healthy but soon after my 50 mile bike marathon I started up again and OMG i’m shocked! Shocked that I can’t see a difference tho! WTF? Pants fit the same, feel the same… WHAT? I NEED ANSWERS D:

On a slightly, less crazy note, I’m planning my bday party! *Whoo…hooo* I’ve set up dinner plans for this Friday, 8:30pm at McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurant in Anaheim Gardens. Then at 10pm, I’ve set up a guestlist to walk on over to Heat Lounge, an Orange County night club. Been there twice, so far so good. So I’m really excited and I’m surprised that the people I’ve invited that I expected to say no, said yes! I can’t wait :D

Exercise, I has it :D

I started jogging again. After training for the 50 mile bike marathon, which I completed two weeks ago, it’s now time to get off the aide of two wheels and go back the old fashion two legs to get my exercise on. Yeah! :3

Anyone have some good running music to share? Also, my Nike+Mini
